In addition to constructing individual plans, we have helped companies and non-profits establish or improve employee retirement plans. We have strong relationships with Mutual Fund Companies, TPA’s and Investment Record Keeping Platforms so that we can deliver quality service to our clients.

Needs Assessment

  • Evaluate your organization’s retirement program needs to better position plan benefits.
  • Provide analysis of anticipated organizational changes (e.g. merger and acquisition) and the impact on your organization’s retirement program.
  • Monitor industry trends to improve plan benefits, e.g. adding Auto Enroll.
  • Make recommendations when appropriate, for example, including a Roth provision in the plan.

Investment Strategist

  • Promote investment diversification to improve participant outcomes.
  • Quarterly sponsor meetings to assess overall investment program health.
  • Updates on new investment options and product offerings that may benefit your plan participants, including the addition of Target Date Funds.

Participant Counselor

  • Highly interactive enrollment and participant education meetings to promote participant knowledge and engagement.

  • Participant surveys, trends and exposure to all facets of retirement planning including Social Security.

Fiduciary Focused

  • Help mitigate risk by assisting you in understanding and meeting your fiduciary obligations as plan sponsor.
  • Assist in design and review of your Investment Policy Statement, a plan roadmap in investment selection and education.
  • Yearly Investment Policy Statement review.
  • Perform regularly scheduled plan audits for ERISA Compliance.

Provider Due Diligence

  • Evaluate your plan provider’s products and services relative to your organization’s needs.
  • Provide selection experience and state-of-the-art benchmarking tools, together with plan transition services.
  • Yearly detailed cost-benefit analysis.

Performance Monitor/Evaluator/Benchmarker

  • Monitor, evaluate and report performance with administration, employee education, fees, investment options and recordkeeping.
  • Formal feedback and evaluation procedure so we may constantly improve our services.
  • Quarterly, semi-annual or annual reviews, as appropriate.
